Our homes and condominiums are completely furnished including housewares and linens. They are privately owned and interior decor will vary according to each owner's taste.
Most properties REQUIRE no less than 30 day approval period once an application for rental is submitted. There is also no guarantee of approval if an application is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you are applying less than 30 days prior to your arrival, please ask your agent first.
RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Reservation fees required are as follows:
$1000.00 security deposit, $100.00 non-refundable processing fee, $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and advance rent payment of $1000.00, totaling $2225.00.
Balance of lease is due 60 days prior to occupancy.
All rentals are subject to state and local state taxes.
Monthly minimum requirements are according to Building Rules and Regulations only.
A $3.00 per day ($5.00 for June, July and August) electric fee for the term of the lease will be deducted from tenant’s security deposit.
Telephone service is not provided by the owner.
Pets are usually not permitted, however, there are some buildings that will allow pets with the owner's approval. Ask us.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY RENTAL.
BEACH FRONT MANN REALTY, INC. is the agent for the owner and will be paid a commission by said owner. Rates quoted are averaged for each complex and will vary based on the unit selected. Subject to errors, omissions, including price change without notice.
